Homesteading.
Fresh Eggs | Raw Honey | Produce | Fresh Cut Flowers
At Dawson’s Triple Creek Ranch we tend eggs, hives, and gardens by hand—hens free-range in clean coops for real farm-fresh eggs, bees produce raw, unfiltered honey harvested seasonally, and seasonal gardens supply tomatoes, greens, and herbs that go from soil to table within hours so guests taste the land.
Livestock.
Highland Cattle | Goats | Donkeys | Alpacas
At Dawson’s Triple Creek Ranch we raise animals the way the land intended: with respect, hands-on care, and a healthy dose of grit. Our Highland cows graze native grasses. Miniature donkeys are raised as curious, affectionate herd members — sturdy, intelligent, and social, they help keep pasture life lively and balanced. Our LaMancha milk goats are prized for gentle temperaments and consistent, creamy milk; alongside our playful miniature goats, they receive daily attention, rotational grazing, and a clean, calm barn environment that supports strong udders and happy kids. Everything we raise gets all-natural feed, regular hoof and health care, and time on the land to thrive — because quality starts with care.
